TSHOLOTSHO FC assistant coach Bongani Mafu is today expected to be named as the National Football Association of Zimbabwe (Nafaz) technical and development committee vice-chairman, Chronicle Sport can reveal.

The former Highlanders head coach, who holds a German International Coaching Certificate as well as a Uefa B Licence, will deputise Nafaz vice-president Omega Sibanda, who chairs the committee as well as the high performance committee.Mafu was strongly linked to the post of technical director, which has now been taken by former Harare City coach Taurai Mangwiro.
