Finally the cries of people from Matebeland have been heard and answered as the South African Embassy has located their offices in the city of Queens and Kings. This comes at a time when everyone looking for South African citizenship and study permits had to travel to Harare to acquire these documents.

The opening of these offices in Bulawayo will be an advantage for many students who are travelling to South Africa and also job seekers.The offices are located along 128 Samuel Parirenyathwa street between 13th and 14th avenue. The SA embassy opened their doors on the 1st of December 2016.

According to VFS  ‘s website it announced the official launch of South African visa documents to people in the city of Bulawayo and also Harare. People have started to seek assistance from the offices, speaking to the some of the people in Bulawayo about this move “this is a great initiative as Bulawayo people we are happy to have such assistance near us”

students who struggled to get Visa documents after applying for scholarships also expressed their gratitude and happiness. ” am happy that i will no longer be going to Harare to acquire these documents ” echoed a student who got a scholarship in China to study Medicine.
