March is the Women’s month and to wrap the month,MyBulawayo wants to spotlight a few women. We salute women and the achievements they have made. Women are no longer the ‘weaker sex’ but Superwomen. Women are taking over the world one day and one act at time. Here are some of the women we want to highlight.
Reverend Sarah Nyathi
Reverend Sarah Nyathi serves in the ministry alongside her husband at Harvest House International Churches. She and her husband, Bishop Colin Nyathi, founded the ministry together in October 1995 in their home in Sunninghill, Bulawayo.Reverend Sarah is a prolific teacher of the word who has spoken in conferences locally, regionally and internationally. She is also a prophetic woman who loves intercession. Reverend Sarah is the Founder and President of Maximised Lifestyle International, a ministry that offers a holistic ministry to women within HHI and beyond. She has a passion to assist the needy.To this end she has pioneered the Maximised Lifestyle 100 Club, a group of women with a passion to carry acts of service and social responsiblity in the community. She is the Patron of NUST Christian Union Business School (CUBS). Maximised Lifestyle International chapters have been launched in the following regions, Mashonaland, Manicaland, Masvingo, Midlands, Bulawayo, Matebeleland South and North, Botswana, South Africa, South Pacific Asia and more are to be launched in different regions.
Misred
MisRed is a well known sassy and outspoken Zimbabwean radio personality who wakes up the nation of Zimbabwe every week day on radio station ZiFM Stereo. She was born as Samantha Musa on 8 May 1989 in Harare.She is a single mother to her daughter named Hannah Asiyah Musa.[She attended Hallingbury Primary School until grade two after which she moved to Bindura Primary School before finishing off her primary school studies at Lewisam Primary School. For her secondary education she attended Heritage High School and Speciss College. MisRed has a sky rocketing career and she is very active on social media platforms. She is living proof that every woman has a superwoman in her.
