The world bank has strengthened its partnership to develop Africa as it is working with China. this initiative comes at a time when many countries in Africa are facing economic challenges and trying to revive the economy. these two initiatives were recently launched at the ” investing in Africa forum” (IAF). The forum was held recently at Guangzhou, China. The world bank and China have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen energy co-operation in Africa  as a way to bring about development.
