CBZ offers varied Insurance portfolio. It ranges from Property, Personal, Travel and Motor Insurance.
Property Insurance
Property Insurance covers your property against damage by fire, explosion, lightning, storms, floods, burglary or impact. Both building and contents can be covered in one policy.
Requirements: Full occupation of applicant, asset list and building valuation.
Motor Insurance
Motor Insurance covers your vehicle up to the vehicle market value. There is also the third party cover option. Passenger liability covers up to $20 000 per event. You get free valuation and inspections, roadsde assistance, towing cover to the nearest garage, partial and total loss cover. Quarter, Term and annual cover options available.
Requirements: Fully completed proposal form, copy of registered book or vehicle schedule with make/model, year, mileage and values, complete vehicle inspection form, valuation report.
Personal Insurance
Personal Accident insurance covers both scholars and adults against accidental injury. The cover can be on a temporary or permanent basis. Choose between Individual accident, Corporates/Group cover, Death and Disability cover.
Requirements: Fully completed proposal form.

The product was designed to provide Emergency Medical Expenses cover caused by either illness or accident and emergency travel Related Expenses Insurance for all resident Zimbabweans travelling abroad. CBZ Tip has a worldwide reach and is backed by Europe Assist as service provider 24/7. The CBZ Tip consists of 5 packages, that is, Travel Visa, Travel Plus, Travel Superior, Travel Seniors, Travel Group and Corporate Travel.
Travel Superior
Travel superior is an exclusive offer that provides premium travel cover with a lot of extras such as cover for emergency travelling costs emanating from pre-existing medical conditions, hijack/kidnap and natural disasters. The age bands covered are from 6 months to 69 years.
Travel Visa
Travel Visa is an affordable travel plan that offers basic travel cover for clients who need to meet minimum travelling Visa requirements. The age bands covered are from 6 months to 69 years.
Travel Plus
The Travel Plus plan provides more cover at higher limits than the Visa Plan and it is suitable for travellers with need for more travel related emergency expenses cover. Notable benefits are the flight cancellation and delay benefits, expenses associated with missed flight connections and emergency replacement of travelling documents, among others, as detailed below. The age bands covered are from 6 months to 69 years.
Travel Seniors
This is a package suitable for international travellers aged above 69 years. All quotations are done from Head office on request.
Corporate Travel and Groups
Companies and groups can buy travel packages that are tailor made to their needs either in advance or as and when they need the cover. Requests for such packages are to be forwarded to the CBZ Insurance Head Office.
