Who is Wanani Dube
My name is Wanani Dube and I was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and that’s where I’m currently based. I am an entrepreneur that specializes in arts such as offering vocal coaching, designing & producing fashion accessories and book writing. I am a vocal artist also studying how to read and write music. I am from a family of 8 siblings and my hobbies include reading, travelling, meeting people, engaging in social work and having me-time.
What motivates you?
I’m motivated by the word of God which is my hope and also seemingly impossible situations as that drives my mind to get to work and find solutions and ways to improve my lifestyle.
Tell us about the book you are about to launch
My book is called the Essence of True Beauty and in a nutshell it is about having the right outlook which is seeing yourself through God’s eyes; nurturing your inner beauty and preserving your outward appearance. The main focus is discovering God’s ideal beauty standard for women.
Where does your inspiration to write come from?
My inspiration is drawn from personal life experiences and what goes on around me.
This book is personal to you why
This book is personal to me because I have struggled with issues relating to beauty for so long and writing about these issues was therapeutic and so liberating for me. I know that a lot of women struggle with the same issues and being personal and honest allows me to connect with the readers and hope they find their freedom but it all begins with being honest to self and then trusting God to bring healing and freedom.

I run a mobile business called Wani’s fashion accessories. I design and produce fashion accessories which include earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and hairclips.
