THOUSANDS of teachers whose contracts were not renewed will only be considered for employment 
if vacancies arise after the rationalisation of the teaching establishment being done by the 
government, the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, Cde Prisca Mupfumira, 
has said.
