ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa has congratulated Highlanders’ boss Peter Dube for winning the Premier Soccer League chairmanship elections in Harare on Saturday. Dube clinched 11 votes to beat Dynamos president Kenny Mubaiwa, who got four. Mubaiwa has now lost twice in his bid to take charge of the country’s elite football league.
