What usually comes, to mind when one thinks about smoothies are the yummy slushy contents that are bursting with nutrients that not only boost your digestive system but that give you more energy. Green smoothies are a wonderful way to start your day with a power load of detoxifying nutrients that will help cleanse your system. It seems smoothies are now mainstream than the classic glasses of milk. The three yummiest smoothies to consider this summer are;
The green machine

2 oranges,

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Feel free to add water to get desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

This is a healthy nutritious smoothie that will give energy to conquer the world. The banana and the blackberries will add flavor and sweetness to your smoothie. Bananas also help with digestion, good for ulcers and give you more energy. Blackberries contain compounds that may help protect you from heart, brain and cell damage. Ingredients
2 cups blackberries
2 cups fresh greens, like baby kale or other leafy greens
1 frozen banana in chunks
2 cups unsweetened rice or other non-dairy milk
2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional if the banana is sweet)
4 ice cubes

Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add water if it is too thick.
